The visit continues to San Telmo neighbourhood, one of the oldest of the city. This neighbourhood maintains a great part of its architectonic patrimony intact: its colonial style houses, its cobbled streets and houses a bustling collection of artists’ studios, ethnic restaurants, antique shops and boutiques.

A short drive south, stop at the picturesque district of La Boca, with its famous Caminito Street, one of the few outdoor museums in the world. There, numerous artists exhibit their works whose theme has to do with the influence of the European citizens (mainly Italians) that arrived at their port at the end of the XIX century.

After visiting the south area of the city, the tour continues to the northern area of the city. Drive towards Palermo Chico with the most stupendous palaces, forested boulevards and parks. And Palermo Viejo (now split into “Soho” and “Hollywood”) is a peculiar area that combines the flavour of an old, working class neighbourhood with aspects of a globalized city: ethnic restaurants, contemporary design, theme bars.

Stop at Palermo Soho in a small area around Plaza Serrano (officially Plazoleta Cortázar). This is a newly trendy area where you will find crafts fairs, art studios, traditional low houses adapted into restaurants, bars, boutique hotels, among other unique attractions. The bohemian atmosphere in the area makes it very popular with locals as well as foreign visitors. The choices for gastronomy in the area are wide and modern, for any kind of palate.

Continue to La Recoleta, one of the most elegant and sophisticated districts. In order to feel the proximity of the falls and observe the beauty of its vegetation, birds and butterflies, it is essential to walk along the footbridges and roads in the Argentinean side of the Park. Waterproof clothing is necessary, since there is a small price to pay for getting within such close range of the falls!

Arriving at the New Visitors Center, you can access the Nature Interpretation Center of Iguazu National Park, a building which also provides areas for cultural, educational and social activities; then you will find the starting point for an amazing tour with three different circuits.

Devils Gorge : Departing from Cataratas Station, the train will take you to Garganta Station in about 18 minutes. The stroll along the catwalks is 1200 meters long, across the islands of the delta, leading to the main balcony on the most spectacular fall, the Devil's Gorge.

Upper Trail : The magnificent panoramic view of the falls from the Upper Iguazú River.

Lower Trail : A walk along 1600 meters of catwalks detached from the surface of the jungle's soil for its protection, provides a view from below and around the falls. A unique experience of being and feeling part of the natural environment.

Great Adventure (regular sailing) : It is an exciting truck ride along 8 km through the jungle following the Yacaratiá trail until Port Macuco, embarking site for motor-boats which allow navigating up the Lower Iguazú River, going through rapids along 2 km, approaching the falls at Devil´s Throat canyon and disembarking on San Martin Island, in the heart of the falls. Continue the visit towards Chile's Pacific Coast is dominated by two neighbouring but quite different cities: Valparaiso and Viña del Mar. The second-largest city in Chile, Valparaíso, enjoys a spectacular location between the mountains and the sea. Valparaiso is a historic port and university town, famous for its more than 50 small hills which are covered in quaint, colorful old houses. The hills are connected by an ingenious network of twisting streets, stairways, cable car lines, flower filled balconies and lookout platforms, a unique cityscape with spectacular views of the bay from which the city takes its name.

Your city tour shows you the Old town and the new, visiting the Plaza de la Victoria with its lovely Neptune Fountain, the famous Turri Clock, the docks and fisherman's' wharf, the Naval Academy and of course Chilean Nobel Prize-winning poet Pablo Neruda's Valparaiso residence, "La Sebastiana" before an exquisite lunch served at Casa Higueras restaurant; there will be time to enjoy the views from this vantage point before taking the funicular railway down the hill, where your driver will be waiting to continue the tour.

Just ten minutes to the north of Valparaíso lies Viña del Mar, Chile's premier coastal resort. You'll find fabulous beaches and a bustling commercial sector. Viña del Mar is known as the "Ciudad Jardín" (Garden City) thanks to its lavish gardens and subtropical atmosphere. This city was founded in 1874, due to the economic development mainly achieved by the mining activity and the good rank reached by the aristocracy that allow them to continually travel to Europe where they acquired the customs of having, near the capital, a second house for their rest. The singular architecture, variety in style and forms was an influenced mainly of French & Italian styles of that time.

Constructed of rose-colored granite, this huge installation was once a thriving complex of baths, temples and military barracks.
